Getting Started
Log in to Microsoft Teams with your NetID and password at teams.microsoft.com (opens in new window) or open the desktop/mobile app.
Request
Microsoft Teams Premium is an add-on subscription designed to enhance the standard Microsoft Teams experience with advanced features that integrate AI capabilities to streamline meetings, making it particularly beneficial for campus members that conduct frequent virtual meetings.
Teams Premium can be purchased at the Texas A&M's Software Center.

Data Restrictions
Some types of data are not allowed in Microsoft Teams. Learn more about the types of data restricted from use.
If you need to record or transcribe a meeting, you must use the features built into Microsoft Teams (opens in new window). The use of third-party tools such as Otter, Fireflies or similar services is not permitted, as Texas A&M does not have contracts with these vendors and cannot guarantee the security or protection of meeting transcripts or recordings.
