Overview
With Microsoft 365, you can access file storage and many other applications from any device. Microsoft 365 is available to Texas A&M employees and students at no charge. It includes access to:
Outlook | Teams | Word | Excel | PowerPoint | OneDrive | SharePoint

- Allowed Data: University-Confidential

Getting Started
Log in to Microsoft 365 through the university's portal: https://microsoft365.tamu.edu/. Download applications or use them directly online.
Cost
University units may expand the quota of an existing SharePoint site by purchasing a higher storage quota. Quotas are available in several tiers for a one-year term.

Service Details
Texas A&M offers Microsoft 365 is a suite of applications and services designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. This suite includes access to popular Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, along with cloud-based services like OneDrive for file storage and sharing.
Storage Quotas
- OneDrive
- Undergraduate and graduate students will receive a storage quota of 25 GB
- Current and retired staff will receive a storage quota of 50 GB
- Current, retired and emeritus faculty will receive a storage quota of 100 GB
- Former student quotas will drop to 5 GB once they are no longer enrolled at the university
- SharePoint/Teams Sites
- Default: 10 GB
- Additional storage may be requested via the Storage Quota Increase Request form in the IT Service Portal.
