Texas A&M Outlook (Exchange Email) is a secure messaging and collaboration service that includes email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. It integrates with Microsoft 365 applications and is available to faculty, staff and students at no additional cost.

Getting Started
Log in to Texas A&M Outlook (Exchange Email) with your NetID and password at outlook.office.com/ or you can download the Outlook desktop app.
Service Details
Texas A&M Outlook (Exchange Email) is hosted on Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and managed by Microsoft and Technology Services.
- Standard mailbox size is 100 GB. (Additional quota is available for purchase.)
- Deleted Items are purged after 30 days; mailbox recoverable up to 30 days after deletion Learn more about email deletion and recoverability.

Guidelines
- Users must comply with University Rules (29.01.03.M0.02 - Acceptable Use) and Security Control AC-5.
