Overview
TeamDynamix (TDX) is a cloud-based platform used by Technology Services as an IT ticketing tool for managing projects and services, offering features like project planning, collaboration, and resource management. The IT Service Portal, powered by TDX, allows campus members to find answers, request services, and get help with IT issues.
