Overview
The Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC) at Texas A&M Technology Services is the central hub for IT operations, providing 24/7/365 monitoring, incident management, alert management, and support services.
Service Details
The ITOC monitors the operational integrity of all Technology Services’ data centers, the health of critical IT services, web resources, and network services across multiple Texas A&M University and Health campuses and locations, TTDN statewide networking services, and enterprise level shared IT services across the Texas A&M University System.
Additionally, the ITOC provides after-hour support for Help Desk Central and Tarleton State University as well as after-hours business IT support monitoring for IT departments within the university.
