Overview

Help Desk Central (HDC) is available 24/7 to assist Texas A&M University students, faculty, and staff with IT questions by phone, email, chat, in-person, and on the web.

Getting Started

Call 979.845.8300, email helpdesk@tamu.edu or visit the Help Desk Central website for help with IT questions.

You can also visit the IT Service Portal to get help, request a service, or view help documentation in the Knowledge Base that provides tutorials, guides, and documentation on IT resources and services.
