Enterprise File Storage

Overview

Enterprise File Storage is a departmental service that provides secure and scalable storage solutions using NetApp and Dell PowerScale (formerly Isilon).

Getting Started

To request file storage, please complete the File Share Request Form.

Please note: For the safety of your data, Technology Services stores a copy of your data locally and another immutable copy off-site in compliance with Security requirements.

Cost

Texas A&M University (Part 02) rates are displayed below. See General Computing Rates for TAMUS, Non-TAMUS, and Auxiliary Rates.

Monthly charge is based on the amount of data in storage on the last day of the month.

Service Details

This subscription is a pay-as-you-grow storage service that offers a cloud-like experience on-premises, helping organizations better align storage costs with business needs. Access and configuration are managed by departmental IT teams to meet unit needs.
