Enterprise Backup Service

Overview

The Enterprise Backup Service protects business-critical data by securely replicating it to an encrypted, offsite public cloud, ensuring effective disaster recovery in case of catastrophic events. The service uses a space-efficient, incremental backup strategy and supports VMware instances, physical servers, as well as application-aware backups.

Service Details

Rubrik CDM supports campus backup and disaster recovery needs, allowing rapid recovery to full production after data loss incidents. The primary purpose of this service is disaster recovery, though long-term data retention is available in the public cloud for an extra fee.
