Texas A&M Technology Services operates two secure, enterprise-grade data centers with redundant power, cooling and 24/7 monitoring to host critical campus and system-wide IT services.

Supplied Racks include standard power and networking. Additional configurations will be billed as Time and Materials.

Build-to-suit and customized configurations will include an initial setup fee based on Time and Materials.

Note 1: Includes annual config changes, config backup, 24x7 monitoring, software updates, cold spare replacements, troubleshooting, and end-of-life replacement. Does not include initial configuration and installation of the switch, which will be billed at the hourly network engineering rate.

Managed Rack Services
Dedicated/shared colocation space with managed network ports and physical security.

Disaster Recovery
Systems are regularly backed up with off-site media storage. Formal disaster recovery plans ensure swift system restoration.
