Cellular Service

Overview

Texas A&M Technology Services manages all state-issued cellular devices to ensure compliance with university policies and state regulations. University departments may obtain discounted business cell phone plans through Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.

Getting Started

Work with your local IT professional to fill out the Cellular Service Order form and submit the service order to tcom-request@tamu.edu.

Cost

Bills are provided directly to Texas A&M Technology Services through vendor agreements. Currently, calls are then itemized and added to the appropriate Telecommunications Service bill.

Service Details

Cell phone plans for business use are available through contracted rates with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. International options are also available. Departments are responsible for purchasing their own phones.
