TechHub Expands Product Selection, Features and Resources
Since its launch, TechHub has continued to grow and adapt to better serve the campus community’s technology needs. As the primary resource for purchasing computers and accessories, TechHub is expanding its features and product offerings, guided by customer feedback and input from its advisory group. The most recent updates include new computer models and resources to refine the shopping experience and streamline order processing.
Recipient Name and UIN Now Displayed in Pick List
To streamline order processing and improve accuracy, recipient names and UINs are now visible on the pick list provided at the time of delivery. This change makes it easier to confirm delivery details and helps prevent errors during the fulfillment process.
Smart Badges Now Available – ARM and Copilot+ Devices
We’ve introduced Smart Badges on select products to help highlight specialized features and classifications. You’ll now see badges like "ARM" and "Copilot+" displayed on qualifying devices.
Discontinued Product Archive Launched
Our new Discontinued Product Archive provides visibility into products that are no longer available through TechHub. This archive is useful for reference, support needs, or inventory comparisons.
New Resource: “AI and Your Technology”
