PrinterLogic
Overview
PrinterLogic is the printing solution for campus members at Texas A&M Health. PrinterLogic makes it easy to find and install the right printers on your own, based on your location and department.
By streamlining printer management and enabling direct computer-to-printer communication, PrinterLogic eliminates print server issues. This ensures easier, more reliable printer access for the campus community.
Getting Started
Note: You must first connect through the Texas A&M Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access PrinterLogic if you are not on campus.
Visit tamhealthprint.printercloud.com to start using PrinterLogic. If prompted to install either the PrinterLogic client or a browser extension, accept and install it. After PrinterLogic is installed, a new icon will appear in the system tray (Windows) or menu bar (macOS), indicating that the program is installed and working correctly.
View help documentation in the Knowledge Base for detailed information about installing and configuring PrinterLogic on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Note: Any printers directly connected to computers by USB cables will not be managed by PrinterLogic. The service is only for networked printers.
Printers can be mapped automatically for everyone in a group. Submit a request to the Health Technology Care Team with the city/building/floor/name of the printer and which group needs to have the printer automatically connected. Printers can also be hidden so that other groups or individuals cannot connect to them, by request.
